Swim 300, 275, 25 fast, 250, 225, 25 fast, 200, 175, 25 fast, 150, 125, 25 fast, 100, 75, 25 fast, 50, 25, 25 fast
(Note: This is a 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 lap set with a FAST 25 after each odd numbered lap swim. Take :05 rest in between all swims).

Kick 400 w/fins (100 flutter, 100 dolphin, 50 flutter, 50 dolphin, 25 flutter, 25 dolphin, 25 flutter, 25 dolphin)

16 x 25 (4 free – descend 1-4, 4 IM order, 4 free – descend 1-4, 4 IM) on :30 (or :35, if necessary)

Easy 100
