Comfortably uncomfortable

Longhorn quarterback, Garrett Gilbert, responded to a question about his improved leadership with, “Being a leader, sometimes you have to get out of your comfort zone,” . . . “I think I’ve grown more comfortable doing that type of stuff. . .”

Say what?

Will Gilbert next tell us that in order to lead one has to get behind his team and that he is leading by following increasingly farther behind his team?
